Nick founded Arc24 in 2023 after serving as a Principal at Axonic Capital. He joined Axonic in 2012 and had two roles - Portfolio Manager and Head of Corporate Development. In his role as Portfolio Manager, Nick focused on investing in REITs and specialty finance companies across the capital stack. In his role as Head of Corporate Development, Nick led several strategic initiatives including new product launches, M&A, and raising capital from clients among others. Prior to Axonic, Nick worked held several roles on the buy side and sell side.

Jamshed founded Arc24 in 2023 after serving as a Partner and Co-Head of Credit at Axonic Capital; he was there since Axonic’s inception in 2009¹ and was instrumental in growing the firms AUM from $65mm¹ to $4.4bn as of his departure in 2022. At Axonic, he oversaw portfolio management and trading for the firm’s Credit business and designed its portfolio allocation and risk frameworks. Prior to Axonic, Jamshed worked on the structured credit desk at Goldman Sachs.
